The medical office building in Traverse City (shown above) required detailed guidance through the regulatory requirements of the city by John Kerridge, AIA. Our team developed the design and worked with the city and client taking the project through these multiple zoning processes. We received all needed approvals and the end result created a building meeting the clients building needs, the city's zoning requirements as well as a contextual building anchoring the west end of a major street in Traverse City, Michigan.
