This bank building in Traverse City (shown above) is a brown field redevelopment project with an active groundwater filtering systems to rehabilitate a polluted city site. The building is located on a key intersection in Traverse City and was meant as a signature building for a regional banking client. The corner site provided many design and zoning challenges that were met in our final design. John Kerridge AIA, led the design team, as well guiding the civil engineering consultants and construction team. Designed to service a unique banking approach, the building successfully demonstrates the design solution and provided the client with a key operation location in Northern Michigan.
