Capturing the beautiful view, creating the beautiful screen porch, the stone entry, architectural designs that create spaces that make a house a home, careful architectural detailing of both the rooms and the individual features that make each home unique is a focus of our company. We meet the challenges presented by the unique features of lakefront living for you. Drawing on our experience, we carefully consider the many attributes of a fine lakefront home. Issues of dealing with zoning requirements, ecologically sensitive land, natural woodland environments, and sometimes harsh micro conditions on sites, view analysis, wind analysis, topography studies and other natural features set the tone for our design approach. A careful study of an owners program needs provides the other items that form the basis of our architectural “parti” or key idea for each home. We seek this solution out and establish it as a key part of our designs.
