Kerridge construction management (CM) services are provided either at risk with a GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price) or as the owners agent, acting in the owners interest at each phase of the project. This allows owners to establish budgets and tailor the construction procurement process giving excellent flexibility in procurement and project scheduling.
