Owner and Architect John Kerridge AIA, CGB, LEED AP was a carpenter before becoming a registered architect. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and a Bachelor of Architecture and has worked for both construction and architectural firms. His education and professional experience allowed him to reach his goal of creating a design/build firm that provides a wide range of architectural and construction services to clients in northern Michigan. John provides design, project management and construction expertise for all project types. He is an active member in the Northern Michigan Chapter of the American Institute of Architects and a member of the Grand Traverse Area Home Builders Association. As an architect and leader in planning, design, and construction practices, he believes Kerridge has a responsibility to advocate sustainable design in the building environment. John recently received designation from the United States Green Building Council USGBC as a LEED AP (accredited professional.) John also recently received his Graduate Builder certification from the National Association of Home Builders. His strong work ethic, desire to design beautiful and unique residences and distinctive commercial facilities along with his goal to provide exceptional quality construction is what makes Kerridge Architecture + Construction one of northern Michigan's premier design build firms.

Matthew Wollam, Associate AIA provides project management, architectural design, CAD Documentation, digital information and construction supervision for all project types. Matt attained both a Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Science in Architecture and worked for a national architectural firm and a regional construction company before joining the firm in 2003. He is an associate member of the American Institute of Architects and actively involved in the Northern Michigan Chapter of the AIA. His experience in design development, construction drawing and construction management provides Kerridge Architecture + Construction projects with the exceptional detail and follow through that make the unique designs come to life. Matt’s commitment to ensuring quality construction of the company’s projects ensures the clients that they will receive the very best service and finished product available in the northern Michigan area.

Elizabeth Young is the companies Office Coordinator and Administrative Assistant. She provides comprehensive office support to all of the projects that the company builds including selection coordination and procurement, owner communication, and project documentation. Her excellent management skills help clients through the many phases of each project. She received her degree from Ferris State University and brings many years of experience in the building industry to her position. Beth’s strong work ethic and dedication to the company is what makes her a great asset to our team in providing clients and trade associates with a professional and enjoyable experience in working with Kerridge Architecture + Construction.
Brenda Kerridge performs duties in the Business Development area of the company. After receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, she obtained experience in graphic design, management, sales and marketing. In the work place, Brenda performs duties in advertising, marketing, new business development and web site content management. Her commitment to the company’s mission statement to exceed their client’s expectations, as with her husband and owner John, contributes to the team effort of the company to strive for excellence from the beginning of a project through to its completion.
